7-Day Break

Day 1 – Local departure by coach then onward to Belgium for an overnight stay.
Day 2 – Travel south to Fondo or Malosco in the Dolomites for a four-night stay. B,D
Day 3 – Trento Christmas Market (included). An excursion to Trento, a beautiful old valley town with its cathedral, classic Bell Tower and Buonconsiglio Castle. The Christmas market in the Piazza Fiera in front of the ancient city walls marks the focal point of the advent celebrations. B,L,D
Day 4 – Bolzano Christmas Market (optional). Join our excursion to Bolzano. With its medieval centre, Gothic and Romanesque churches and street signs in both German and Italian, the city has a unique flavour being a crossroads between Italy and Austria. We visit the delightful Christmas market where some 80 stallholders in their smartly decorated little huts will be offering seasonal gifts. B,L,D
Day 5 – Merano Christmas Market (optional). To the spa resort of Merano on the Passirio River. Visit the picturesque Christmas market in the Passeggiata Lungo Passirio. B,L,D
Day 6 – Travel north to Belgium for an overnight stay. B
Day 7 – To Calais and return home. B

Accommodation

You’ll stay for four nights at the ever popular family-run 3-star Hotel Lady Maria in Fondo or the 3-star Hotel Panorama in Malosco. Both hotels have a restaurant, bar, lounge, and a lift to all floors. The bedrooms have a safe, telephone, T.V. and hairdryer. Overnight stays in Belgium willl be in city-style hotels.
